Carolina Bronze
Sculpture
The East Coast's finest full service foundry,
including large scale 3-D laser scanning,
imaging,
and CNC machining

Specializing in scanning and enlargements, mold making,
ceramic shell, bronze casting, patinas, and installations
Carolina Bronze Sculpture is the finest full service
bronze casting foundry on the East Coast. Our newly expanded 12,500 sq.
ft. facility is located in Seagrove, North Carolina, just off Interstate
73 in the central part of the state and just 38 miles south of
Greensboro. We manufacture all types of silicon bronze sculpture, from
small, table top pieces to monumental size works.
We have also expanded our services to include
3D laser scanning, for the fields of sculpture, design, historic
preservation and architecture, museum conservation and manufacturing.
With our
Minolta VIVID 9i laser scanner we have scanned images as large as
10' high and can go larger as needed. The detail provided by the Minolta
scanner is so fine that it will show the fingerprints of the sculptor.
Our scanner is small enough to be easily transported to your site if you
cannot come to us.
In addition to our scanning services, we are able to create a 3D
animation of your project. We can then replicate your design using our
CNC gantry router in foam, wood, plastic or metal. Visit our
gallery to see examples of some of our finished work and check out
the rest of the website to learn more about the scanning and replication
as well as the bronze casting process. When you are ready to turn your sculpture
into a finely crafted bronze that will last for centuries, or use our
scanning and replication services, just call or e-mail us for details.
